The copper carries the cubit geometry; the pure 24k plating amplifies all three at once. We plate in 24k rather than 14k or 18k because lower-karat golds are alloys, and the secondary metals interfere with the field. The lineage is honest, too: the cubit family descends from Slim Spurling's open-source tensor work, and the Unity Cubit was channeled directly to Peter early in his own journey.
