Hand-made — and chosen for you

Every Energies of Service tool is hand-formed by Peter Benson in Gilbert, Arizona, in small batches. Nothing is mass-produced. When your order arrives, your piece is chosen for you by the most sensitive hands in our circle and verified in alignment before it ships — and when no finished piece aligns with you, yours is built new. This is slow, intentional work, and it is the reason the tools carry the field they do.

Lead time

Lead time varies with the production schedule and order density. Typical shipping is within 14 days of your order, but it can exceed 30 days — for example when materials are on backorder or demand is high. We never rush a piece; it is finished when it is ready to do its work.

You will always know where things stand. We confirm your order immediately and send tracking the moment your piece — chosen and verified for you — ships. If your piece will take longer than 30 days, we will tell you — you will never be left wondering.

Shipping & tracking

Orders ship from Arizona via USPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your piece is on its way. Transit times after shipment are typically 2–5 business days within the United States.

International orders

We ship to most destinations worldwide, except the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland — orders cannot be placed for delivery to those regions. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Wrong address & lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a tracked package is lost in transit, contact us at info@energiesofservice.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
