It is with a genuinely heavy heart that I share this: for now, Energies of Service can no longer accept orders for delivery to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, or Iceland.
This is not about you — some of the most sensitive, open-hearted people this work has reached live in your part of the world. It is about a conflict I could not resolve. Consumer-protection law in your region gives every online purchase a 14-day right of return after delivery. It is a good law, written to protect people buying mass-produced goods. But nothing I make is mass-produced. Every tool is hand-formed in small batches, and when an order arrives its piece is chosen for its new owner by the most sensitive hands in our circle — connected to its owner at the moment of selection. I will not resell a piece that has been matched to someone else. A one-person workshop cannot honor both that promise and a return window designed for restockable goods, and I was not willing to compromise either the law or the work. So, rather than do either badly, I have paused sales to these regions.
If you already own a piece, nothing changes: your tool is yours, my care for it is lifelong, and I answer every message personally, usually within 3 days — a little longer when I'm traveling for events.
If your circumstances change — a US address, a visit stateside, family who can receive a piece for you — I would be honored to build for you. And if the day comes that I can serve your region properly, you will be the first to know.
