Final sale — because each piece is chosen for you

Every Energies of Service tool is hand-made by Peter in small batches. When your order arrives, your piece is chosen for you by the most sensitive hands in our circle, verified in alignment, and connected to you upon selection. Once a piece has been matched to its owner, we will not resell it or pass it to anyone else. That is why all energy tools are sold as final sale.

Once a piece has been activated, it has begun its work with its owner. If a tool ever finishes its work with you, the heirloom path is yours: reset all intentions and hand it down — that tradition lives on our How to Use Your Pendant page.

Before you order

Please take your time choosing. Read the Pendant Guide, and if you are unsure which archangel is calling you, reach out — Peter answers personally, usually within 3 days — a little longer when we're traveling for events. We would much rather help you choose the right tool than have you receive one that does not fit.

Lead time

Every piece is hand-made in small batches; your piece is chosen for you at fulfillment, and when no finished piece aligns with you, yours is built new. Lead time varies with the production schedule and order density — typical shipping is within 14 days, but it can exceed 30 days. You will receive tracking the moment your piece is on its way.

If your order arrives damaged

We pack every piece with care, but shipping can be rough. If your tool arrives physically damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@energiesofservice.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will repair or remake the piece and make it right.

Wrong or defective item

If we shipped the wrong item or a piece has a genuine manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we will correct it at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your piece is selected for you. Selection and shipping happen together, so email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — once your piece has been selected and aligned, the order is final.

Where we ship

We currently ship worldwide except the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland — orders cannot be placed for delivery to those regions. See our Shipping Policy for details.
